Nicole-Sepiedeh Eskandari,

a curious person.

I have always been curious about human nature, and the way we interact with the things around us. My curiosity brought me to the field of human-centered design, where I feel at home with the principles of the discipline. I am always in awe of the design solutions that can be created when one truly empathizes with the user.

I love the work that I get to do every day. From the data-driven approach of quantitative user research, to the creativity that is necessary in order to produce innovative and functional solutions, every step of the process quenches my curious nature.

I am currently working as a Product Designer at Dropbox. I have previous experience as a User Experience Designer at AppFolio, a Mobile App Designer at Pushpay, a UX Researcher at Factor, and as the Signage Lead for Interaction 19. I studied User Experience Design at the School of Visual Concepts.

In my free time, I make visual art, with special interests in figure drawing, floral arrangements, and abstract forms. I am inspired by the work of William Baumeister, Agnes Martin, Jean Arp and Milton Avery. I draw from the simplicity and genius of their work to inspire my own designs.
